i think i personally like PanicPrevention more
i tried describing why but it didnt make much sense thats why i have edited this post
but kings&queens is my second favourite album ever ;D

I like Kings & Queens more if I'm honest. I think it's nicer and I'm not bored of the tracks like on Panic Prevention. Yes.

It's actually really hard for me to choose. Both are totally brilliant albums, each with different strong points. Panic Prevention has a rougher, angrier sound to it. Well, maybe not angry, but it certainly has a feeling of feeling separated from your own surroundings on it. Being a spectator to what is happening around you, and not being able to interact with it. If that makes any sense at all.
I remember listening to it for the first time and it totally blew my mind. Ike and Tina is still one of my favourite songs of all time. It's one of the most amazing debut albums I've heard in a while.

Kings And Queens is a fuller sound, and I think the songs on it are probably stronger than the ones on Panic Prevention. There's some absolutely amazing stuff on there (British Intelligence, The Man's Machine) and I think it translates better into a live environment.
I don't think there's the same (almost manic) energy that Panic Prevention had, but on the whole it's a much more accessible album.

I like them both. So you'll have to forgive me for taking the wussy way out and not making a definite choice.

Hello from the UK nice to see some american Jamie T fans

For me nothing beats his first album .. at first i hated it then after a few months i gave it another chance and listened to it on the loop a few times and loved it..

salvador , calm down dearest , so lonely was the ballad , operation , pacemaker , ike and tina , and of course alicia quays !!

Kings and Queens is a good solid 2nd album but its to much like the stuff everyone else brings out ( better of course) but his first alvum was so unique and will always be my fav album of all time i think ..

Panic prevention is so much better overall. There are some cracking songs on kings and queens but every song on panic prevention is genius in its own way.

Best songs jamie t has done are on panic prevention. Alicia Quays and Dry Off Your Cheeks are sublime. So different to anything else. I just dont know how anyone can compare him to mike skinner. Skinner was unique but his actual music doesnt bear comparison to jamie t.
